1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bn8 website accessible at bn8.onl and all associated services, games, tools, and features made available through that domain.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "bn8" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the operator of the bn8 platform and all its affiliated entities.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any Bangladeshi Taka (৳) balance held within a Player's Account, whether deposited by the Player or credited as a bonus.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a Player by bn8 pursuant to a promotion, welcome offer, or other incentive scheme, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, fish games, live dealer tables, and any other wagering products available on the Platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bn8 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bn8. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Platform. bn8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the bn8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied continuously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bn8 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by bn8 for any breach of these terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or as a proxy for any other person.

bn8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh. Where a Player fails or refuses to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by bn8, the Account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete.

Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account permanently closed. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full. Funds originally deposited by an underage player will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

4 Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the bn8 Platform, you must register an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly whenever it changes. bn8 may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

• Each Player may register and maintain only one Account. The existence of duplicate accounts is a material breach of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or by any third party using your credentials — is your sole responsibility.
• You must notify bn8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bn8 will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from bn8 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

bn8 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to transfer or forfeit any balances associated with accounts opened in breach of the single-account policy, at its absolute discretion.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bn8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Deposits: Credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bn8 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawal processing time: bn8 aims to process withdrawal requests within one to four hours during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• bn8 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into any Account prior to processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure.
• Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bn8 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be exploited systematically through low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting, or any other technique that bn8 determines to be abusive.
• Each promotional offer specifies a wagering requirement, a minimum odds threshold (where applicable), eligible games or markets, and an expiry date. These details will be clearly stated in the promotion description.
• bn8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, any wagering already completed under that promotion will be honoured in accordance with the terms in place at the time.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated.
• A maximum of one welcome bonus is available per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

bn8 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and to void any winnings generated from that bonus — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bn8 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) statistics, which are set by the respective provider.

• bn8 makes no representation that any specific game outcome can be predicted or influenced by the Player.
• All random number generator (RNG) games are subject to independent certification by their respective providers. bn8 does not alter or override game logic.
• Sports betting odds are determined by bn8's trading team or third-party data providers and are subject to change up to the point at which a wager is confirmed.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or data feed failure during a bet or game round, bn8 will endeavour to resolve the affected wager fairly. Where a resolution cannot be determined from available data, the stake may be returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds constitutes a breach of these terms. bn8 reserves the right to void the relevant wagers and suspend the Account pending investigation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bn8 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
• Using the Platform to conduct any activity that violates applicable Bangladesh laws and regulations.

9 Responsible Gaming

bn8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We provide a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who self-exclude from bn8 are prohibited from creating new accounts or circumventing the exclusion through any means. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. bn8 will use all reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion requests but cannot guarantee prevention in all circumstances.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bn8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of bn8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of bn8. You must not frame or mirror any content from the Platform on any other website or platform without authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn8 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, or events outside bn8's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or content published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits bn8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

bn8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Personal data submitted during registration, identity verification, and payment processing is handled with strict confidentiality and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

13 Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

bn8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible to use the Platform.
• bn8 is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to bn8.

Where an Account is closed by bn8 due to a proven breach of these terms, any balance in the Account — including deposited funds — may be forfeited at bn8's sole discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements.

14 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the bn8 Platform, you should contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected], providing full details of the issue, your Account username, and any relevant transaction references. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

bn8 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. All dispute resolutions are conducted in English. Our decision on any complaint, once issued in writing, is final and binding. bn8 does not accept liability for losses claimed to result from decisions made by third-party game providers operating within their own published rules.

15 Governing Law and Severability

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of commercial law. In the event that any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Any failure by bn8 to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision at a later date. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bn8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

16 Amendments to These Terms

bn8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, bn8 may notify active players via their registered contact details, though this notification is provided as a courtesy and does not affect the effective date of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any revision constitutes your full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
