Managing Your Deposit Limits

A six-month full account suspension. At the end of the period you may request reactivation in writing — there is no automatic reinstatement.
1-Year or 3-Year Exclusion
Longer exclusions for players who need a more extended break. Reactivation requests are reviewed carefully and are subject to a mandatory assessment before approval.
Permanent Self-Exclusion
A lifetime ban from the bn8 platform. This decision is irreversible. We will never reactivate a permanently self-excluded Account under any circumstances.
Important: Self-exclusion is a serious step and we fully support your decision to take it. Once requested, bn8 staff are not permitted to attempt to persuade you to reconsider, offer incentives to stay, or process a reversal within the exclusion period. Your wellbeing comes first.
